His journey of launching the Centre for Career Development started in late ninties when he took a concious decision of facilitating, guiding and providing right path to students. After completing his Mechanical Engineering in 1992 from Vikram University he worked with top MNCs for five years and travelled extensively across India. He completed Post Graduation from one of the top business schools of Central India. He noticed confusion faced by students due to lack of knowledge and understanding about Career path.

With the aim of providing scientific Career Guidance he commenced his Centre for Career Development. He is working passionately with a team of highly skilled people to facilitate students with right path and providing support to avail right opportunities.

With his vast Industry expertise & proven track record in managing own Creative School, he has been counted amongst few most trusted educationists in Central India, who are providing an unbiased Career Guidance based on 60+ facors of Interest, Personality, Abilities & Skills, Values, Orientation Style & Emotional Quotient.

He is Core Committee Member of Asifa India (a UNESCO supported NGO with presence in 50+ countries), Volunteers for TASI, Lead Patron for MP AVGC-XR & 48hfp etc. He also contributes selflessly to Indore Management Association, RRCAT, Academy of Indore Marathoners, Indore Police and few other public sector undertakings with technology driven initiatives.
